The long nights make me want to hibernate, and I love going to bed with a nice fresh smell on my sheets – especially a natural one that promotes a good night sleep!
There are lots of essential oils that can help you to relax and sleep well, but it is important that you use oils that you like the smell of! Lavender for example has long been known for its sleep aiding properties, but I know lots of people who really don’t like the smell of it.
So here are a few oils you could try that are all known for their relaxing qualities;
- Roman Chamomile
- Ylang Ylang
Home Made Linen Sleep Spray
- Combine the above ingredients in the glass spray bottle.
- Shake bottle well before use and then spritz your pillow at bed time. EASY!
