We are making gluten free, wholesome, clean and healthy pasta from ancient grains, such as millet, sorghum and quinoa. We don’t use any artificial ingredients (because they are generally not good for you) and we are squeezing lots of vitamins & nutrition into each pasta recipe as we go along. SuperGrain pasta is a perfect choice for a vegan or gluten free diet.
SuperSeed pasta is created from sesame seed, green banana or flaxseed to provide high amount of protein with lots of fibre and low GI. This natural and nutrient rich pasta selection easily fits into a broad spectrum of diets and makes it suitable for those leading vegetarian, FODmap or paleo lifestyle.
Here at Nomad Health we are using a long forgotten manufacturing technique as we believe, we need to see & feel your pasta dough to know it is the best as it can be. We dry our pasta at low temperature to preserve the natural goodness of the ingredients and make sure each piece is quality checked by us before it leaves our artisan workshop.
My family have tried some of these pastas and are very happy to recommend both the Green Banana fusilli and the Millet fusilli. They were both easy to cook, had a great consistency and tasted delicious. Big fans in our home!
