I constantly struggle with trying to come up with new healthy ideas for my kids lunchboxes and the challenge is greater because of the no-nut policy. Its all about healthy, sustaining fuel! These are delicious from Wellness Mama, although we substituted the honey for 2 tbsp. maple syrup which was plenty sweet enough for our tastes.

Cranberry Seed Crackers

Another one from eighty20 nutrition! These would be great with your little one’s favourite dip. If you prefer something totally savoury then you could leave out the cranberries, coconut sugar and cinnamon.

I can highly recommend them with organic sheep’s cheese.
